With over 20 years of leadership experience focused on enabling better outcomes for patients and providers while reducing the overall cost of healthcare, Travis currently serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of Claritev where he oversees the execution of the Company’s mission and growth strategy. Prior to joining Claritev, Travis held the role of General Manager & Executive Vice President of Oracle Health where he had global responsibility for growth, delivery, support and health client accounts in 32 countries. Travis also served in numerous leadership roles at Cerner during his tenure with the Company including President and Chief Client & Services officer where he worked closely with commercial and global clients and in the government sector, the Department of Defense and Veterans Administration. Travis earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from The Ohio State University.

Doug is an accomplished finance executive with distinct global public markets expertise. He leads Claritev ’s finance and accounting team and specializes in FP&A, corporate strategy, capital deployment and financial operations. Prior to joining the Company, Doug was the CFO of Oracle’s largest vertical industry – Oracle Health and Life Sciences following Oracle’s $28 billion acquisition of Cerner in 2022 (previously Head of FP&A at Cerner). He began his career at PwC and held multiple financial leadership roles at Masonite International Corporation. Doug holds an MBA in finance from The University of Tampa’s Skyes School of Business.

With over 30 years of executive leadership experience focused on sales, product development, strategy and large-scale operations, Jerry serves as Chief Operating Officer of Claritev. In this role, he is focused on overseeing company-wide operations to ensure alignment and efficiency with delivering Claritev’s current product portfolio and position the organization for scalable growth across new product offerings and new vertical markets. Prior to joining Claritev, Jerry served in several senior executive leadership roles at CALIBRE Systems, MITRE and Military and Veterans Health Solutions at Leidos.

Michael is responsible for the Company’s Technology, Artificial Intelligence/Data Science and Information Security organizations. He has over 20 years of experience leading large technology organizations at insurance companies such as The Hartford Property and Casualty Company. Prior to The Hartford, he was the CEO of an early stage software company. Before this entrepreneurial experience, he spent 12 years as a management consultant in the financial services industry. Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Yale University.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, William oversees Government Affairs, Marketing & Communications and Corporate Development. Prior to joining the company, William served as the Chief Operations Officer of Oracle Health, where he led a variety of corporate teams and initiatives including the integration of Cerner. He previously served in senior leadership roles with Cerner Corporation, Leidos Holdings, Care3, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. William received his MBA from Yale School of Management.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology, Tiffani oversees sales and revenue growth strategy across all market segments. In this role she will lead the company's efforts in client acquisition, client management and market expansion. Prior to joining the company, Tiffani served as Chief Revenue Officer at Greenway Health where she oversaw all revenue-generating activities. She previously held senior leadership roles at Intelerad and Allscripts.

Carol is responsible for developing, promoting and executing the people strategy in support of the Company's current needs and future growth objectives. She has over 20 years of experience leading people functions and has a deep knowledge of traditional human capital specialties and transformational business strategies. Prior to joining Claritev, Carol held several executive leadership positions in both emerging companies and large global corporations including Optoro, Promontory Financial Group and Booz Allen Hamilton.

With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Tara oversees Claritev’s multi-disciplinary legal organization, including legal, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, client and provider contracting and provides comprehensive support for the Company’s talent acquisition and management needs. Prior to her current role, Tara served as Deputy General Counsel of Claritev among other legal roles with the Company. She also has an established history of providing strategic and practical business insights, leadership, mentoring and team development.

As Claritev’s Chief Medical Officer and Chief Product Officer, Dr. Patel oversees the Innovation and Solutions Lifecycle team, providing medical expertise in all areas of the company with a focus on the strategic development of Claritev’s healthcare technology products and solutions. Dr. Patel has deep expertise in healthcare delivery, medical network dynamics and industry relationships. Prior to joining Claritev, Dr. Patel spent more than 18 years at Oracle Health, formerly Cerner, where he worked with large national healthcare companies on all aspects of their healthcare information technology needs and strategy. Dr. Patel has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering, a Doctor of Medicine Degree from Case Western Reserve University and is a member of the Fellows of the American Medical Informatics Association.

Ramzy leads Claritev’s strategy, operations and business development across the international market and MENA region. He brings nearly 20 years of healthcare technology experience, most recently serving as Country General Manager at Oracle Health, where he oversaw operations across the Arabian Gulf and Africa.

Previously, Ramzy held key leadership roles at Oracle Health (formerly Cerner), where he launched regional offices and built strategic partnerships. His career also includes senior positions at IMS Health, IQVIA, Microsoft-Cisco joint venture, Roper Technologies and CBORD.

Ramzy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cairo University.

Brock serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Claritev. With more than 25 years of experience leading global accounting transformations, driving operational efficiency and ensuring financial integrity across complex organizations, Brock is an accomplished accounting executive with deep expertise in building scalable processes. Prior to joining the Company, Brock, a certified public accountant, was Corporate Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at ADP. His career also includes leadership roles in finance, M&A and external reporting, as well as a decade at PwC.
